Navy League Cadet Corps Sudbury
Looking for something fun to do, come aboard and join us ! The Navy League Cadet Corps Sudbury parades every Thursday evening at 1800hr (6pm) til 2100hr (9pm). We also have optional training days throughout the year and sailing & Camp during the summer. We are are always looking for more new recruits.
The Navy League Cadet program aims to help young Canadians learn life skills including citizenship, teamwork and self-discipline. Our programming is designed to help cadets become more aware of the world around them, become self-sufficient and confident in their own skills. Throughout their training, Navy League Cadets learn what good leadership looks like, how to work together, and how to overcome challenges. Youth leave the program with a genuine interest in their community’s well-being and equipped with skills to become active citizens.
Once a Cadet has completed the Navy League Cadet Program they have the opportunity to carry-on with their sea adventures with our Royal Canadian Sea Cadet Corps Admiral Mountbatten.
What are the membership requirements?
The program is open to all youth in Canada between the ages of 9 and 12.
